Yeah... lately I've actually gotten some work in on expanding the Fnrrf Ygm Schnish wiki, adding more than a dozen new pages just in the past week or so. In addition to filling in some stuff that was missing before (characters like Upchukk and Nummy, items like the Blubbermax pill, and critters like the Nummorrian centipede), I've also started adding pages about some of my old games and stories. If you happened to see the wiki in its earliest days, you might remember that these things used to have their own pages but then they got deleted when I decided that the wiki wasn't going to cover my old stuff that's no longer being used. Well, I've changed my mind on the issue, at least when it comes to old stories and games--even though characters and such from my old stuff will continue to not be covered, the stories and games themselves now have pages once again.
A few examples: an old Supernum story titled "Supernum Meets Commander Keen," the first ZZT game I ever made, and my attempt at making a card game in 6th grade.
EDIT: The wiki is dead, so none of these links will work anymore. :(
Hey, I'm Eddie Lee (aka FnrrfYgmSchnish on many places across the Internet), and I make computer games. And draw stuff. And... a lot of other things. But here, I'll mostly be talking about my games and stuff like that rather than any of the other stuff.

Random name generators... sometimes actually work?
Yep... a few days ago someone suggested that I use random name generators to come up with names for some of my new characters that I was planning on writing about. At the time I thought "nah, that'd never work," but just now I actually tried it, and... after a bit of fiddling here and there (changing one letter each in two names, adding one to the end of another), I now have names for five of my seven (possibly eight, depending on if the robot needs a name at all) important characters.
This means I most likely will be able to write something for National Novel Writing Month this year, since the one thing really holding me back was the fact that I didn't have names for any of my characters. I still don't have names for the two main characters, but hey, still needing to come up with two names isn't nearly as bad as needing another seven of them.
The names themselves, by the way, are:

The names themselves, by the way, are:
- Mekedzis, formerly "sneaky guy." I had gotten the idea a while back that he would have a name starting with an M, and then one of the random name generators came up with "Meredzis." I liked the look of it but thought a C or K in place of the R would work better, so I changed that bit.
- Aiore, formerly "spiky-haired girl." Straight from the random name generator. Coincidentally, according to Google there is a manga or anime or something titled "Ai Ore," which I've never heard of.
- Hegamel, formerly "spiky-haired guy." Also straight from the name generator.
- Vahrago, formerly "old guy." Straight from the generator, and apparently is spelled similar to an actual word that means something like "an unpleasant woman."
- Isahralah, formerly "scary old man." The generator came up with "Isahrara," and I fiddled with the end a bit to come up with the current version. Seems like a pretty good "ancient old man" name.

Random semi-related news
Apparently SVU decided to un-block fictionpress.net from their content filter thingie.
Which means... now you can read about Pugh the vampire in two different places: in my posts here, or on my page over there. The only real difference is white text on a black background vs. black text on a white background, though, so if you've already read them here there's not much reason to read them again on a different website. Unless you just wanted to read them again, I guess that's okay.

The Fnrrf Ygm Schnish wiki
It's still really, really incomplete, and I probably don't update it as often as I should, but... here's the link to the FYS wiki, which (when finished) will cover pretty much everything from all of my current games/stories/etc. Annoyingly, they put giant banner ads for things I've never heard of all over the place at some point a few months back... but generally stuff should still be readable.
The Fnrrf Ygm Schnish wiki
EDIT: Wiki has been dead for quite a while now... this blog is slowly accumulating information to replace it (see the Khurbyish Dictionary and "Khurbyish Lesson" posts for a good example of that) but it's... not quite there yet. XD

Random links
Just some miscellaneous links to vaguely-related stuff. May add more later if I remember anything that would make any sense to link to here.
http://www.formspring.me/FnrrfYgmSchnish -- Question-and-answer thing. I'm kinda intending this to mostly be questions related to games and other stuff I make, but I guess general questions would be okay too.I no longer have an account on Formspring.me, you'll probably just get an error message if you click this now.- http://www.fnrrfygmschnish.deviantart.com -- My DeviantArt page. Mostly unused lately, since I don't have access to a scanner... but there's lots of old stuff on there.

No Fat Frog movie poster, I guess?
Just found out a few days ago that the guy who was supposed to give out the prizes for the OHRRPGCE movie contest is broke (so nobody'll be getting any money... no $20.00 for me then) and doesn't feel like making the movie posters because one or two of the entries were made as a sort of bash against him (or more specifically his character Mr. Triangle, but eh, pretty obvious what was intended there) due to this really bizarre rage against the "no ripped graphics" rule that came up out of nowhere. Seriously, almost all of the OHR contests don't allow ripped graphics, so I have no idea why this was such a controversial issue when it came to this contest... it's one of those things that's pretty much always been part of contest rules and yet this time a bunch of people went nuts over it.
But yeah... because the guy doesn't want to make a Gay-Bashing Mr. Triangle poster (the character actually did start out that way, but has moved away from that in the last... I dunno, 5 years or so? seriously, the "Mr. Triangle hates gays" thing hasn't actually been the focus of a game for so long that someone bringing it back up can't really be taken as anything but a bash against the guy), I also won't get my Fat Frog poster. He said he'd considered making only mine at one point, but as much as I'd like to see the poster I had to tell him it wasn't a good idea to only make mine and I'd feel weird being the only one getting the prize even though everyone won one. Seems like he's decided to not making any of them, so at least if the other people who entered (...okay, mostly just one other person who entered, the others don't seem too upset over the whole thing) go into some kind of Internet-moron-rage over it, none of that will be undeservedly directed at me for getting a poster when they didn't.
Speaking of Fat Frog: The Movie, I still need to get around to making the second part (in which the battle with Vomitus actually starts... and ends... and then there's a few more fights afterward and things start getting even more ridiculous.) I've been pretty busy with school so I haven't really had a chance to do much with that, but maybe I'll get started on it over the weekend. There's not a whole lot to do around here on weekends (especially if you're not a Mormon... I mean, I do occasionally go to church just to see what it's like and be around people I know for a while, but it probably won't be a regular thing.)
EDIT: Turns out there will be prizes for the movie contest after all! Just... not the ones that were originally advertised. XD That's okay, I never really enter contests for the prizes anyway. But yeah, I'll be getting some stickers and a $20 Subway gift card in the mail at some point. Conveniently, there just happens to be a Subway within walking distance of SVU, so I'll definitely get some use out of that. Still would've liked to see a Fat Frog: The Movie poster, but still, some homemade stickers and a few days' worth of free $5 Footlongs is a lot better than nothing!

Flight of the Bloodmobile, Chapter 5
Yep, here's Chapter 5 of this thing! The last one with a chapter title so far... so it may be a while before I upload another one. (Sorry random Russian people who somehow found this place, but I have no way of translating this into your language... but hey, I figure if you're going to an English-language blog with no pictures you probably can at least read some English already, so... you could read this stuff as practice I guess?)

Flight of the Bloodmobile, Chapter 4
Up to the fourth chapter now! Got to take a break from painting for a while to let the paint dry (and to not paint for a while) so I figured I'd go ahead and post the next chapter of the Pugh story up here.

Flight of the Bloodmobile, Chapter 3
Yep, yet another chapter here. Only a couple more before I start running into the ones that don't have chapter titles yet (only one, I think... but still, got to come up with that before I go posting it anywhere.)

Flight of the Bloodmobile, Chapter 2
The second chapter of the Pugh story I wrote for NaNoWriMo last year. Though I did get 50,000 words, I didn't actually finish the story... only got 12 chapters done, and I'll need to come up with chapter titles for several of those before I can upload 'em. But until then, I'll be uploading these every other day or so until I run out of chapters that have titles and stuff already.

Flight of the Bloodmobile, Chapter 1
Since apparently SVU's content filter blocks fictionpress.com (or does it? I'm not entirely sure--sometimes I get the "this site is blocked" warning and other times I get a generic "could not load website" error), I'm going to have to come up with another place to post my story about Pugh the vampire, Flight of the Bloodmobile. I figured that since I have this thing, I might as well post it here! Here's Chapter 1, more will come as I get around to posting them...

Okédoké Youtube video stats
Just looked at the video stats for my various Okédoké low-level game videos and found some odd little bits of information that were somewhat interesting...
- Apparently on 9/27/2009, the Mecha Oscar battle got a "featured video view." Does this mean this was stuck on front-page places somewhere on Youtube for a while?
- Three days later someone searched for "leyenda mexicana" to find the video. Might've been me (as searching Okédoké comes up with a lot of unrelated junk) but I can't remember.
- Someone also got it by searching for "who sung the okedoke song" on Google. What??
- For whatever reason, the Mecha-Oscar battle has 47 views while most of the rest are in the low teens. I guess it's that "featured video" thing. Except that the Emo Grande and Border Rangers have much more (60-some and 120-ish, respectively.)
- Most of the Okédoké videos have been found by people searching for "ohrrpgce," unsurprisingly.
- The Daddy G battle has search results for "ygm,m" and "mexicanavskkk."
- The Daddy G battle video is most popular in the USA and, oddly, Germany. Second place? Canada and Spain.
- The Mecha-Oscar battle video is most popular in the USA, with some viewers coming in from Germany, somewhere else in eastern Europe that I can't remember, the UK, the Phillipines, Brazil, and Finland.
- The Skinks battle video has views from the USA, Brazil, Canada, and several countries in Europe. Oddly, Ireland seems to have the second-most views after the USA.
- The Skinks video has been seen by people searching for "okedoke ohrrpgce" and "okedoke rpg," as well as "the skinks" and (oddly) "amish speaking."
- Annoyingly, the Emo Grande video appears to have had a popup ad for cellphones stuck into it by Youtube.
- It also "has been claimed by a copyright holder." The background music is Weird Al's Alternative Polka, so... does that mean Weird Al has actually watched it?? Or what?
- Lots and lots of countries have watched the Emo Grande video--USA and Canada of course, but also Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, another South American country I can't name off the top of my head, a bunch in Europe (including many from Norway and Poland, oddly enough) and Australia.
- It's also been found as a search result for "gang vs. emo." Hmmm...
- And it has been "embedded on video.google.com"... I wonder who did that?
- The Border Rangers video is the only one with a "dislike," though it is also the only one with a comment (and it's a positive one, a rare occasion on Youtube.)
- Border Rangers also has "featured video views." Maybe that's why it has 140-ish views as opposed to the 10-to-40 of most of the others.
- Also seems to be "claimed by a copyright holder." Must just mean that it has a copyrighted song in the background or something.
- Was found by someone searching for "ohrrpgce okedoke boss music." Whoops! Sorry, whoever-that-was... I couldn't figure out how to record the audio along with video (at least not without slowing the video horribly) at the time that I made these videos, so I left out the original music/sounds and stuck Weird Al and other random stuff in there instead.

First post
Yeah, first post here. Not a whole lot to say so far, but I'll probably come back and add more stuff as I have more stuff to actually say. For now, I'll just leave a bunch of links to stuff I've made here (these will be updated as I upload more games, come out with new versions of the older games, make other stuff, and so on.)
May 22nd 2015 EDIT: The links previously housed on this post have been moved to a sub-page of the blog overall, listed at the top of every page for easy access.
